Official Rules & Eligibility

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. SPONSOR & PRIZE PARTNERS. The America 250 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Marine Diagnostic Tools (“Sponsor”), Irmo, South Carolina. Prizing is provided in partnership with the South Carolina Boating & Fishing Alliance (SCBFA), GOATBOX CO, and Pure Fishing (collectively, the “Prize Partners”).

3. ELIGIBILITY. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and Prize Partners, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. ENTRY PERIOD. The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 4, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

5. HOW TO ENTER. During the Entry Period, complete and submit the official entry form on this page with all required information. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, generated by script, bot, or other automated means, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void. Normal data/message rates may apply for any communications you opt into.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS. Two (2) winners — one (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) Runner-Up winner — will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about July 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION. Potential winners will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days of first notification attempt, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at the Sponsor’s discretion, time permitting.

8. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV). Grand Prize (one, ARV $2,500): one (1) MDT MINI Scan Tool with 3-year extended warranty; an Abu Garcia Jordan Lee Signature Series Rod; a PENN Battle III Spincaster reel; a Pflueger Trion LE (TrionLE30) spinning combo; an Ugly Stik Camo Rod with Shakespeare Camo Baitcast reel combo; a PENN Battle II rod with Battle II spinning reel; one (1) GOATBOX 40 cooler; and assorted partner swag. The Grand Prize winner selects the MDT MINI scan-tool engine-brand compatibility, with final coverage confirmed by Marine Diagnostic Tools. Runner-Up Prize (one, ARV $250): one (1) PENN Pursuit V 4000 Inshore Travel Combo, a $100 MDT gift, and assorted partner swag. Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $2,750.

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component) of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize acceptance or use are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required, winners may be issued an IRS Form 1099.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity.

11. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s and Prize Partners’ use of the winner’s name, city/state, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Prize Partners, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. The released parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for any technical or network malfunctions.

13. PRIVACY. Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at marinediagnostictools.com/policies/privacy-policy.

14. GOVERNING LAW. The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

15. SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, or any other social media platform. You understand you are providing your information to the Sponsor and Prize Partners and not to any such platform.

16. WINNERS LIST. To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope or an email after July 6, 2026 to [email protected] with the subject line “America 250 Giveaway Winners.”
